-After 24 years, the Santiago International Fair returned as a great civic festival, an ideal panorama for young and old alike. -Visitors will be able to visit the pavilions with more than 300 exhibitors, tourist and gastronomic offerings, educational samples and many surprises for the whole family. Friday, November 18, Santiago – Today at Fisa Fair, on its third day of activities, the general manager of Fisa, Francisco Sotomayor, together with the Governor of the Metropolitan Region, Claudio Orrego, toured the various pavilions and stands present at the event, which brings together more than 300 exhibitors and more than 20 embassies, with a full agenda of activities and entertainment for all ages. From the stand of the Regional Government, they highlighted the tourist offer presented for the summer vacations, which offers the opportunity to know and enjoy the great tourist attractions of the Metropolitan Region. They also visited the exhibitors’ fair, where they were able to see gastronomic samples, textile products, a variety of plants, and designer items for the home, among other things. The authorities continued their tour of the fair visiting the entertaining Karting, promoted by Eliseo Salazar, where they enjoyed a friendly race with visitors, an activity for both adults and children. In view of the relevant international presence and the importance of maintaining commercial relations with different countries, the Regional Governor visited the International Pavilion, visiting the space of the Embassy of Israel in Chile. Being one of the great innovations of this Fair, the embassy showed the atmospheric water generating machine of the company Watergen, which allows to obtain drinkable water from the humidity in the environment. Among other novelties, they visited the official Condorito character store and interacted with different exhibitors in the Raw Materials Pavilion, extending an invitation to the public to be part of this civic festival. “Feria Fisa in its 2022 version, and after 24 years of its return, today is a space for families from Santiago and also from neighboring regions that can learn about what Chileans are doing, our artisans, our producers, and see the technological advances as well. In addition, everything that has to do with outdoor life, and everything that has to do with electromobility. We reiterate the invitation to people who are looking for an unmissable panorama for the whole family”, said Governor Claudio Orrego. For his part, the general manager, Francisco Sotomayor, emphasized the activities that remain to be discovered and made an affectionate invitation to all Chileans to be part of this civic meeting. “We leave you invited, because we still have three days left. We are just starting, and we have many panoramas and activities to enjoy until Sunday. Today in particular, we will have an extraordinary musical line-up, with Los Hermanos Zabaleta and Claudio Narea, vocalist of Los Prisioneros, among others”.
